Edit: Even though we all know his name I have taken the link down.

Excerpts:
A Hagerstown man convicted of disorderly conduct in an incident he partially recorded on video was sentenced this week in Washington County District Court to 60 days in jail and ordered not to record or post recordings of others while on probation.

District Judge Terry A. Myers on Tuesday sentenced ************ **************, 29, to 60 days in jail for disorderly conduct, plus a 60-day suspended sentence for failure to obey a lawful police order, according to court records.

While authorized to serve his sentence on home detention at his apartment, ************ was still being held in the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday, according to a jail official.

The sentencing document said ************ was prohibited from making video or audio recordings of others, or posting them on social media, while on probation.

************ may continue to use marijuana for medical purposes while on probation. He also must take medications as prescribed and continue in mental-health counseling, the order said.

When police arrived, *********was told he was free to leave, but he stayed and started to argue with officers, the charging documents said.

********** also is charged separately with 13 counts of intercepting communication over the course of several weeks this year. That case is still pending, according to court records.

The charges were filed after ************ allegedly recorded conversations between himself and employees of several government agencies, without their knowledge or consent.

The ******* Police Department, the Washington County Sheriff's Office and the FBI were among the agencies, court records said.

In Maryland, both parties must give consent for a conversation may be recorded.

60 days in jail, but you can just serve it at home. lol What? Also, I don't see how the court is allowed to tell someone that they aren't allowed to record for the duration of the probation. I think there's a good argument to be made about his first amendment rights being ignored.

Officers arrested Xsquader and escorted him outside the building, where he was placed inside a police cruiser and started to bang his head on the door so hard that the door was coming out of the frame.

Xsquader kept hitting his head against the partition of the cruiser and was pulled out of the car by police, the documents said.

He then started to hit his head on the ground. Police said in the statement that an officer cradled Xsquader's head to prevent him from getting hurt any further.

Subsequent attempts to put Xsquader in the cruiser resulted in him striking his head on a rear door, taillight and rear fender.

Police called an ambulance to sedate Xsquader and take him to Meritus Medical Center because his head was bleeding and he was "out of control," the documents said.

He really does need help. People need to stop making fun of him if he has a legitimate mental illness.

He didnt hire one tho. He stated many times over he was fighting this on his own. He seeked advice at one point.

You cant help people that dont want it.

We have all given advice trying to help and he called us idiots.

What if these fbi agents he was recording were working undercover? He just put that agents life at risk. For what? To show the world he can do what he wants when he wants?

His control of the local media is nothing but manipulating a situation to send a message that all law enforcement is corrupt.

i know that like 75% of CE are judgmental, sheltered kids, but if you take a minute to look at this situation objectively, it's pretty obvious that XSquader is not mentally well.

The shit he did is not normal human behavior, no matter what way you look at it. I'm sure it makes a lot of CE feel really well-put-together to make fun of the guy but in reality the writing is on the wall and I feel more bad for the guy than anything.

Yea. If you dont show up with one they give you one. Hes not on trial he cant rep himself yet.

Its sux ya. I have a duty counsel rep me and hes a clown.

Im not saying he doesnt need help. But he needs to sit down and realise hes not above the law. You show up in court with that attitude the judge will put you in your place.

The wiretapping one shows a public defender as the defense attorney.

I once said that I hope he gets help for the sake of his daughter who could use a good father-figure, and he said I was being a troll for showing concern about his daughter.

Say what you want about his mental illness, but to turn on your own family, let alone your child, and I find that more despicable than anything.

I actually would. Like I've said, I think the phone is a coping mechanism associated with his autism. It allows him to control and distance himself from stressful situations. It was pretty cruel for the courts to take that away from him.

He was also using it to violate the law and continued to do so when told to stop.

In this specific case, he was never told to stop recording. I guess there was some incident outside the courthouse where Dawkins was told that he couldn't record the court proceedings. But I'm honestly curious as to why this judge ruled about him making recordings. It doesn't seem to factor into this case at all. Not unless something happened that we don't know about, like maybe Dawkins trying to record the Judge or the trial or something.

He was recording fbi agents illegally.

Neither would I. I like Xsquader, and I agree with ClunkerSlim that the sentencing was way too harsh. I just find it interesting that they'll sentence you to 60 days in jail, but allow you to serve it under house arrest.

Nearly everyone has tried, repeatedly. They are just rudely rebuffed/mocked or ignored. I can understand people just giving up and simply enjoying the breakdown of someone who adamantly refuses and denies to accept they may be wrong. It might not be right, but it is understandable - it has been going on for years.

I do still hope he gets help, even if it is unlikely it will do him any good. It is hard to help people who don't want to be helped. But he desperately needs it.
