well i suppose despite my gaffe this turned out as intended. he is named after the real author

I know nothing about this game, but creativity and flair seem pretty high. If he instills fear in the enemy forces, that could be a powerful addition.

Overall compared to world class players those attributes are above average, but for the league I am playing in they are pretty high compared to other players.

creatvity: how well the player spots openings in the oppositions defense, a creative player will see chances nobody else does

flair: how often a player will perform tricks, eg 1/2s and bycicle kicks, a player with lots of flair is flashy

aggression. this isnt necessarily bad, he has hidden personality attributes that would determine if he is simply tenacious, fierce competitor or a jerk

Determination. how determined a player is to succeed

bravery: how all out a player will go despite risking injury to make a play

work rate: basically how much work he puts into each match. a player with high work rate will not quit even when ahead by a bunch of goals, never slows down and keeps at it.
