Twitch also channels dedicated to arts & craft and just chatting (Me IRL). If you don't like those channels just don't support them. If you don't like camgirls, don't watch them. Streamers who do legit have passion for videogames still get plenty of views. All depends on how good your thumbnail, title, and production value looks like.

The only line at the moment appears to be 'actual nudity'. That's the only limit Twitch is still enforcing.

A couple years ago, Twitch had said that they wanted to do away with content like that, and enforce normal clothing rules, etc. But they've clearly taken away all that now.
