Alternate Dragon is fast but has a major drawback of needing essentially another Blue Eyes in hand to summon. Spirit Dragon's effect usually summons a non Blue Eyes related card. Twin Burst loses to Arch Black every time while it's also easier and a faster summon than Twin Burst and Ultimate Dragon.
