Yes No View Results 20 y/o Whacko, Nolan Bruder from California Drugged AND Raped his 16 Year old SISTER and was only sentenced to less than a YEAR in Prison because the judge said the "Stigma" was enough to SCAR HIM!! He plead guilty to admittingly give his sister high potency marijuana to smoke until she reached the point of no longer recognizing him as her brother and resisted his repeated sexual advances before eventually raping her!! Judge William Follet gave him a sentence of 3 years in prison but 240 days are SUSPENDED in favour of granting probation for rape of an intoxicated person!! He said the "stigma" of this conviction along with the mandatory sex offender registration would "sufficiently deter Bruder" DA Dale Trigg could not disagree more with it and said "The message that this sends to our community is that sexual predators who get their juvenile siblings stoned enough can have sex with them without meaningful consequence. That is not the message i want to send to our community" Dale also noted that the judge shamed the victim by claiming she took her own clothes off and was NOT unconscious The judge also asked if there was enough evidence to convict him despite video tape confession of Nolan admitting to what he did. Dale said that the highly-publicized rape case of ex-Stanford swimmer Brock Turner, the legislature changed the law to make such crimes as these ineligible for probation. In that case, Brock raped an unconscious woman after a party and spent only 3 months in jail for his crime..
