I think it might be the ads, but sometimes it can take several seconds for what I type to start registering in the message box, like the site is lagging out.

Happens often enough that I flat out don't bother with trying to post on mobile, if it happens then posting becomes basically impossible.

I have to use desktop view on mobile t9 use GameFAQs. And its gotten slower over the last two weeks.

All the time. I've gotten used to typing stuff in my phone's memo app and then c/p into gamefaqs, but sometimes even just getting the keyboard to load up and do the press/hold for the "paste" button to appear can take a good 15 seconds or more.
From time to time I'll try to just put up with it and keep typing but inevitably the keyboard will freeze and when I get a word or two ahead of it, the keyboard ends up crashing and then bam I've clicked on the ad which was previously covered up by the keyboard. So irritating. The problem is completely fixed if I disable Javascript in the browser but then it stops other parts of the site from working such as quoting posts so it becomes a hassle. --- turbopuns ... Its strange because the point of a site having mobile view is that it should function better or equal to the desktop version on your phone. GFAQs mobile just makes the boards unusable.
