How do you guys stay at home all day? There's literally nothing going on. Sure go play your video games or watch movies but shit gets boring after awhile.

I feel the same way. When I'm not going to school I'm a NEET and usually enjoy it, but I feel especially bored these days. I also got back into MtG this year so I would like to spend Monday and Friday nights playing that but the place I go to was closed today :/

I can't. I get cabin fever from spending one day at home. I have to take a walk or chill in the park even if its for an hour.

When you own your own property there's always some maintenance to do. :)

I was out of town and my backyard is like a jungle so now I'll have to mow after work tomorrow or Tuesday :(

Is babby getting bored in mom and dad's basement?

I'm never bored at home, no matter how long I'm there. I can find tons of stuff to do. Of course, I can find tons of stuff to do outside as well, so I guess it really just depends on the thing in question.

I feel the same way TC. I usually clean though for fun.

I guess I enjoy the life of constant reflection. It helps if you have variation in your schedule, purpose behind what you are doing, and activities which give you a constant source of intellectual fulfillment. I could easily spend up to two days at home doing little more than reading and writing.

I'm pretty introverted but nowadays I'm bored at home too

Ok, so fill me in on what you guys are doing at home besides gaming.

I did so for a year after getting layed off from a job and was dreadfully bored after a few months. I work two jobs now (everyday basically) and any day off I spend running errands I can't play games or watch Netflix for any time over a half hour.

Productive Hobbies:

Reading (mostly free PDFs of philosophical great works and essays online, or books from the library)
Writing (poetry/short stories/articles for my blog, I'm trying to turn this into my full-time profession)
Playing the Keyboard (I started half a year ago and have hardly improved TBH, playing maybe 30 mins a day)
Learning Latin (started this two weeks ago, personally useful for many of the older philosophical texts)
Exercises (if I can't be bothered going to the gym that day I do 40 mins of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises instead)

Unproductive Hobbies:

Watching Sport on TV (I watch a fair amount of rugby and cricket)
Watching Gaming Videos (Hearthstone on Twitch, Let's Plays of various games)
Reddit/GameFAQs (why am I even typing this, I should be doing something more useful =p )
