slothica 05/31/17 4:40:17 PM #1:	It's painfully obvious that he's not only trying to destroy the US, but the Earth as well. And you know what? I can get behind that. Maybe I've been looking at this the wrong way, trying to salvage what's left of my compassion and "humanity" in taking a stance against everything he stands for. Why not just go along with it? Chaos and destruction sounds delightful. If that's the road our president is leading us down, why not support it? Our species isn't going anywhere. We continue to believe in non-existent gods and hold back scientific discovery. We hate each other because we're culturally and racially different. We kill each other over religion, gender and sexuality and countless other things. I mean really, is this species worth saving? We've already doomed every other species on this planet as a result of our hubris. Why not just destroy the whole damn thing and revel in the chaos? At least then we'd finally be honest with ourselves. Humans have an inborn desire to conquer and destroy. That hasn't changed, even in the modern age. It's still there. All we have to do is embrace it.
