This is something where we feel like the precedent could stand to use a change. What use do we the admin team have for quitters? None whatsoever. It feels wrong to reward them with wins in case something breaks the wrong way for the other team (got owned by shellmaggeddon for example). We'd rather the guy who's there get a reward for activity. This is obviously dependent on the quit's circumstances to a point - if somebody quit because they were going crazy from the stress we might use the bormina rule - but in this situation it was just a ragequit. And screw being nice to people who act like children.

We'd rather call this an autoforfeit and then make it so the paydowns ain't rostered (thus giving back, uhhh, like 32 GP IIRC) so the replacement gets to spend money more wisely rather than do a Bormina that Scare is 99% likely to win by abilityhaxing if he has to unless some form of RNG screw pops up. This is fairer to both teams overall, letting the team that was present save abilities while the replacement gets to have money to spend on tier bids, paydowns and terrain.

ehh, I also think it's unfair that Scare gets an autowin without having to use his paydowns/abilities. obviously there's been some of this already with God, but imo it should be kept to a minimum instead of making an official policy of handing out windfalls whenever a leader steps down.

Not a ragequit. Your narrative continues to fail. If a union leader did what you did in a union, the union aould riot. I stand by my principles that you do not make rulings to benefif one person at the expense of everyone else if you can avoid it.

The only person who was gonna ragequit was gravy and you folded like a cheap suit in response.

Actually, looking at the mercs, I think this is right. One of Seph/Kuja is getting rostered (because paydowns are prioritized) and Scare has no hard disables that I can think of.
