In general, modpoke->replace or modpoke->modkill are both options for inactivity, but both start with a modpoke. No host or cohost goes straight to the modkill/replace in an idling or inactive situation. In any case, my apologies for not doing something about the situation; I was less aware of this game than I probably should have been.
