Short term goal is to fit into my old clothes (I only need 10 pounds or so). After that I want to lose 20 more.

Yeah, I could probably go down a size which is another 10 pounds or so. I can fit into them now, but the shirts are a bit tight.

Congrats, I know how difficult it can be, I went through a drastic weight loss period in my life. Just stay persistent with it, if you seem to plateau and have trouble losing a pound or two for a few weeks, mix it up and take a different direction. I'm here for support if you ever need it, even though we don't really know each other.

It's cool. I know most people here are helpful.

Never got as much hate as some other people who are looking for advice. Want to try and get back to playing Basketball soon.

Yeah, I had my calorie counter set to 2lbs a week, but that seemed like too little so I switched it to 1.5 a week mid way through and it helped me a lot.

That's crazy. Just a lot of cardio and not eating a lot?

Gone from 237 to 216 since Easter week myself; and yeah just a massive diet change and walking more. I wish that I had the time to actually work out.
