There is such a concept as being unable to give consent.

Anyway, pressuring into sex is not technically rape as far as I can tell, but it is definitely immoral. Anyway you should only be having sex if you both enthusiastically want it. If one party is reluctant, it is incredibly assholish to ignore their feelings because you're horny.

The "as long as she didn't say no" mentality is a real problem in our culture.

But CE told me that if a girl has a single Miller Light, any sex with her is automatically rape if she says it is the next day, even if she was okay with it the night of.

Anyhow, not to sound like an idiot, but most of the time young people willingly get wasted. And if some normal level sex happens because of it, they shouldn't really be able to complain.

Depends on what kind of pressure, how strong the pressure is and he duration of the pressure as well as the mental state of the woman being pressured.

There is a difference between mere peer pressure and things like intimidation, manipulation etc.
