- You can get any smartphone currently on the market for free - Has all of the real functions of a smartphone etc - However, this phone can only be used to contact men currently incarcerated in max-security prisons - Goes for all calling features, text messages, social media, etc - All the prisoners have access to smartphones too for some reason - Cannot contact women or female inmates Do you take the free phone?
