14 y/o Heifer, Danielle Bregoli, the infamous potty mouth teeth who infamously coined the phrase "Cash Me Outside" while appearing on Dr Phil because of her bad behaviour is suing a video game developer because they STOLE her catch phrase!!

She is seeking more than $1 million in damages from the developer who used her catchphrase.

It was filed by Danielle's mom, Barbara Ann Bregoli and their company, Dani B Holdings LLC and accuses the smartphone maker, Anonymous Games Inc of infringing on her intellectual property rights in its game called "Cash Me Outside" and "How Bow Dat"

She shot to fame after appearing on Dr Phil last year titled "I want to give up my car stealing, twerking 13 y/o daughter who tried to frame me for a crime" and challenged the studio audience with "Cash me ousside, how bow dah?"

The game developer owner Matthew Gruettner vowed to fight Danielle in court and said "We never had any type of deal worked out with Danielle but the truth will come out in court as we intend to fight any accusations to the fullest extent". He said that they changed the name of the game only after he saw her lawyer file trademark applications.

He said "I normally make games off trending topics and make sure to not use any trademark or copyrighted assets, that's why i changed the name of the game to remove the phrase back in April. Naming random companies with no involvement seems frivolous and is a blatant misuse of our court system. We expect this dismissed immediately"

They removed "How Bow Dat" from the App Store on Sunday and Cash me Outside is renamed to Get Cash Outside

The game is about getting a chance to "Run and Jump your way ou tof trouble while collecting bands of cash" as the suit claims the game is exceedingly simple and completely unoriginal that makes money from advertisements and in-app purchases.

They want ALL gross revenue from the game or indirectly from it.

Danielle is on a high profile NATIONAL SPEAKING TOUR where's hitting the daily double by making 50,000 smackers PER stop, assuming it's sold out crowds where whe will lip-sync and answer questions before ROASTING the crowds.

She also demanded $750 per diem, $3000 for security costs and a minimum 4-star hotel stays. She also wants 3 fidget spinners, 4 large Domino's pizza's, a fruit platter with no pineapple, five Gildan or Fruit of the Loom brand white tank tops, a 50 inch TV with Netflix and a DVD player to watch Paris Hilton's House of Wax"

2 venues in Florida and Texas were secured since singing with LIVE NATION as they will consider booking more shows..she's expected to take home a healthy million by the end where she's left her trailer trash Boynton, Beach Florida for Hollywood

Just recently she went on a twitter spat with David Spade claiming she thought he was a WAITER and dissed him while David shot back and said her 15 minutes of fame will be over soon

Nope. "Catch me outside" is a phrase older then she is. Also those who say "Cash me outside" are just taking the piss out of her accent. Again she isn't the first person in the world to talk "gangster". She's clearly just wanting attention.

Well, it would be stupid to patent a word or phrase because patents are for inventions. Phrases could be protected via trademark or copyright and, by virtue of doing it first in a public venue, your work could be protected.

Well, it would be stupid to patent a word or phrase because patents are for inventions. Phrases could be protected via trademark or copyright and, by virtue of doing it first in a public venue, your work could be protected.

I was wondering about that and whether or not her catchphrase can be patented/trademarked/copyrighted.
