Just beat Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King (PS2) 6/5/2017 Took me about 141 hrs. Didn't do any of the postgame content - I'd done that on my first playthrough 10 or so years ago. I give it a 9/10. I really liked it, but it really started to drag near the end.

Picked Virtual On because I have fond memories of playing the arcade version with my friends when I was a kid. Not sure how the Saturn version holds up. Or that the arcade version holds up at all, for that matter.

A friend had VO back when it was current. It didn't interest me back then when I watched him play it.

I only played BK briefly when I bought it and really disliked it. Maybe having played through Spyro recently will make it more palatable now. As for FF8, I lost interest in it by the time I got to disc 2 because I realized I was doing almost nothing but playing Triple Triad.
