Absolutely. It was a transparent attempt at pushing new hardware sales.

It's entirely possible to play most SNES game on a normal 3DS. They should have just locked the ones with poor performance to the New3DS.

The annoying thing is too, I def would have bought a few of em. I get they're trying to push the hardware but at this point, there should be a way for Nintendo take those dollars from my slimey fingers.

More like not playing GBA games on N3DS is horseshit.

Forget that. I'm happy with what I have. I'm not going to got purchase a system to make my old one obsolete, simply to play games are are 25 years old.

nintendo should have released something closer to the n3ds at the start
not wasting resources and development on a useless 3d feature could have helped

3D is not useless. For me, I can't seem to game without 3D anymore. I can't get the level of depth perception good 3D gives me. People seem to judge it without even really giving it much of a chance though.

Zelda, DKC, I dunno if they're gonna put third party stuff on there but if so Mega Man X series, Final Fantasy series (seriously, you think SE is gonna pass at free extra sales?), Chrono Trigger, Mario RPG, Dragon Quest, etc. But maybe they'll stick to first party. There's still a number of cool games.

Dood, you realize the 3DS is halfway out of the door, right? I'm referring to games actually on the system, not hypotheticals. There's the DKC games I guess, but it's not like they were so great to begin with, and even if he were missing those he still wouldn't be missing much. Zelda too I guess, but still not much.

The rest of the games you listed aren't even on the 3DS eShop so I don't know what you're talking about.

My point is that TC isn't missing out on much considering how bare the SNES list is for 3DS

Only for people that had "Send console information to Nintendo"/"Share what I'm currently playing with my Friends List" enabled. It was a real no-brainer to keep those things disabled, though.

not only that, it only banned people form playing online, hacked 3DS can still play and pirate any game without issues
