For many of them eating less isn't a problem. Also skipping meals isn't wise.

Say you could only orgasm once every two weeks or you'd become overweight.

Would you be overweight?

oh no! its simpler than that! fat people just need to eat less! fucking greedy fuckers!
nah, definitely. that's the healthy way to go about things. i was too fat to exercise to start off with. When I got a bit more freedom of movement, thats when the illness and stomach pain kicked in. I was already used to starving myself and the weight was just falling off from that alone so I didn't bother and now I'm paying for it. I felt healthier obese tbh./

Also, I lost a lot of weight by eating a lot less when I was overweight, it worked me. It's not like I did it forever, starving yourself for a short while won't kill you

It's not that simple for everyone. Different bodies work differently different illnesses, condictiona, medications. Assuming that it's the same for everyone is simplifying the problem. Skipping meals is still not wise. What you eat, how much you eat, exercise all these things are important.

I'm losing weight, and fast... but I'm scared.

Not about slipping on my diet. I have willpower and self-control because for the first time in my life, I'm doing this for me and not to impress someone else. I mean, I still want to lose my virginity, but I think of that as a bonus more than the reward for my efforts. Not that I think losing weight means I'm going to get laid, but it can't hurt my chances.

But I'm scared because I see all these people who lost weight posting pics. And some of them come out fine and their bodies look good, and others look like sacks of skin with a person inside. I don't want to be a sack of skin. I think I would hate that more than being a fatty-fat fatty.

... I got off-topic there. I am eating less. And I'm exercising. And I'm convinced that you need both if you are to successfully lose weight and maintain the loss. And it's not just that I'm eating less, I've replaced my normal food choices completely. I'm eating mostly fruits and veggies now. My meals are smaller, and healthier, both at once.

You'd be incorrect. CICO is all that matters. You can achieve that through diet, exercise, or a combination of both, but it's far easier to cut out 500 calories than it is to burn off 500 calories.

I heard if you just eat less, you become a skin bag. But if you eat less and exercise, your skin will tighten as you lose weight.

Izzat true or nah? That's the most important thing to me. I don't want to be a skinbag.

I've never heard that, but it all depends on how overweight you are.

because I'll admit that it's legitimately hard to eat right in our society since so many "normal" foods are full of sugar and high in calories

but that said, you'd be surprised how fast you lose weight just by making a change

I'm in the weight range where morbidly obese people are like "Hey man, you shoudl really tone it down."

I'm 6', and about 330 lbs, but I was 350 lbs just a short time ago. To say my body is stretched out is no exaggeration. Is being a skinbag my destiny?

Even so, I've heard there are surgeries that can fix it...

edit: weight fix. typo'd.

No idea, but better to have some extra skin (that can be fixed) than to continue on as such. In any case, it's certainly better to exercise and diet just because exercise is healthier for you too if for no other reason.
