For a second part time job, and the website they use for applications is down. Seriously, I just want a second job. If you're going to move everything online make sure it works. No wonder the have so many openings.

In general, any job with a convoluted online app isn't a job worth having.

Granted, there are a handful of exceptions -- since corporate jobs will often use the same interface at times (Subway is one example, which is why one question includes "Have you ever been suspected of being a terrorist?") -- but even then you're better off trying to just directly get your resume into the hiring manager's hands (and, if at that point they want you to put your stuff into a system, it's a red flag that it's overly bureaucratic and someplace any free-thinking person would hate).

Yeah, I'll probably see if they still happen to take paper applications, though most don't anymore. Just a bit frustrating since I finally found an opening nearby.
