Covfefe

High-up White House officials know exactly what covfefe is. Just because you don't know what it means doesn't mean that Trump /isn't/ a genius.

That makes no sense, how can they make these pledges if they don't already have these rights?

I don't know about genius, but you don't make that much cash and become president by being stupid, as much as people would like to believe it.

Maybe I used the incorrect phrasing? It's less about having actual rights and more about being less reliant on a federal body when the states can and should be able to make decisions for themselves. Not that I necessarily agree with those principles, for the record.

They could make those decisions, even if the US did what it is required to do so under the Paris accords.

But Trump showed them the way. He used his trickery and guile to teach the states that the true power was inside them all along.
