Location of the fight: Prison Terrace - The terrace of Prison Island as seen during the first visit to Prison Island. Access to the rest of Eryth Sea is not allowed, and Zanza/NPCs are not present. The interior of Prison Island cannot be accessed, though the immediate surrounding skies are accessible. Attackers will start at the bottom of the terrace, with defenders starting at the top of the steps. Which side will win? Guidelines - The fight will occur in real-time (like an FMV sequence). Gameplay mechanics are less important than how the characters would function in a real-time environment. - The members of each team are ideal teammates capable of a pre-selected plan of battle. - "Broken" refers to a lot of things, including insta-death, auto-effects, a variety of status effects (e.g., Imp, Silence, Stop, not Poison), and revival. Unless stated otherwise, nobody has them, though do use your own discretion. - There may be SPOILERS from all of the games the characters are from. Healing and regeneration effects on Sorey and his Seraphim, Shulk, Kefka, and Terra are doubled, and all incurable status effects have become curable. Shulk is as he appears in Xenoblade Chronicles, with all arts and skill trees learned and fully upgraded. He is equipped with the Monado II and Glory set of armour. Sorey is as he appears in Tales of Zestiria, with all orbs and talismans (though they buff only himself and his seraphim) and an endgame skill build. He enters the battle with 5 Blast Gauges and may armatize freely with his seraphim during the course of the battle, but armatization cannot be used to revive anyone. He does not have access to Siegfried. Sorey is unable to speak or cast magic. Lailah, Mikleo, Edna and Dezel are accompanying Sorey into battle. They are as they appear in Tales of Zestiria, with an endgame skill build. They will enter battle with 5 Blast Gauges, and will be permanently invisible and inaudible to Shulk, Sora, Akuma, Sonic, Potemkin and Booker. She has all her natural magic, as well as those gained from Unicorn and Bahamut, including Raise. She does not, however, have Arise, Teleport, Break, Graviga, or Meltdown. She can enter Trance form at any time for 30 seconds (which also grants her access to EX mode), although it will go on cooldown for 2 minutes upon ending. ~VS~ Sora is as he appears in Kingdom Hearts 2 FM+ with his best non-broken equipment, and is able to use his Valor, Wisdom, Limit, and Master forms, though they aren't infinite, use the same gauge (starting with and limited to 5), and won't eat up an ally. He doesn't have Magnet, summons, limits (except in Limit form), any reaction commands, or invincibility. Kirby is as seen in the Kirby Super Star and Smash series. He has full use of his Smash Brothers Moveset along with the moves from his sword, parasol, ice and Archer forms. (He has also inhaled Kefka, gaining a set of moves fitting each). He cannot inhale enemy fighters nor create helpers from his abilities during the match, but can inhale anything else and will not lose access to his forms due to taking damage. Kirby has been hit by Shulk's Back Slash. Akuma is as he appears in the Street Fighter and Vs. series, with all of his moves, although he must charge supers before he can use them. Sonic the Hedgehog is as he appears in the Sonic series and Smash 4 (minus game mechanics), in his base form at his canon levels. He does not have any emeralds, Chaos Control, or weird things like that. Potemkin is as he appears in Guilty Gear Xrd, with access to all of his moves except gameplay mechanics (invincibility frames, etc). His instant kill won't necessarily kill everything in one shot. ~VS~ Booker DeWitt is as seen throughout BioShock Infinite, with access to all of his fully upgraded weaponry as well as all of his vigors save Possession and Return to Sender. greengravy294 06/08/17 4:42:12 PM #6:	Sorey can't cast magic but can have this ailment cured as stated in bold. Terra has Esuna. Pretty solid. With Shulk's precog and Sorey and Seraphim frontlining, on an open air terrain like this Terra and Kefka's airborne status is very good. With a man who sees the future and Sorey providing distractions, Kefka and Terra can do some huge nuking. Shulk won't have to worry about his magic casting back up for the most part so he can focus on Monado Arts that improve himself and Sorey. With Monado Speed lasting 12.5 seconds and Monado Armor at 15 seconds they can both evade and tank attacks far, far more effectively. Tl;dr: Shulk and Sorey are incredibly formidable foes on land while Kefka and Terra are formidable in the sky. The only enemy mercs capable of reliably engaging Kefka and Terra is Sora who is probably not getting past the team of S&S&S (Shulk/Sorey/Seraphim) and Kirby who uh, got turbo sliced in the back by Shulk's Back Slash. --- BK_Sheikah00 might have won guru, but he hasn't won Mercs at least! <cite>greengravy294 posted [p:880673811] in ~FIGHT!~ S...
