It's just more DBZ really, still takes 20+ episodes to get past an arc when it was already done in a 90(?) minute movie.

I have not watched it, but from what I have heard it depends on the arc.
The first two arcs are apparently pretty lackluster. The 3rd arc is apparently solid. The 4th arc is supposed to be fantastic, with a really stupid ending to wrap it up. The 5th arc is ongoing, but positively received thus far. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I love it so far. Even the filler episodes are funny, unlike dbz where you're just like Jesus why is goku driving a car?

It could be a lot better but it pushes all the right buttons. Super is exactly the way they should have expanded without just canonizing GT.

I only just finished Episode 3, but I'm enjoying the first Season a hell of a lot more than Battle of Gods.
