LeBron left because it was physically impossible for the Cavs team he was on to win a title. He was literally the only worthwhile player we had, and we weren't going to get anybody else to come here for all kinds of reasons. The fact that we even got as close as we did with him the first time around is credit to just how fucking insanely better he is than everyone else. He had to leave in order to win and anybody with any sense knew he was going to come back.

Kevin Durant literally had the Warriors down 3-1 last year and then choked it away. He was the reason OKC lost that series. They were contenders and probably had a damn good shot at getting to the finals this year if he'd stayed. He was also already playing with one of the most dynamic players in the NBA in Westbrook. He's a choke artist that realized he couldn't do it with the Thunder without actually putting in some work, so he took the easy road and signed with the team that embarrassed him last year instead.

They're not even remotely comparable.

2016-17 Cavs = 16-14
TOTAL Record = 132-66 (66.0%)
CAVS Record = 56-34 (62.2%)
LeBron-Led Teams vs the Eastern Conference over the last 7 seasons:
2010-11 Heat = 38-14
2011-12 Heat = 35-13
2012-13 Heat = 41-11

Don't even bother with the East/West comparisons. Warriors fans invariably claim that LeBron gets to coast to the finals every year by playing in the weaker Eastern conference while conveniently ignoring the fact that the Warriors get to coast as well by virtue of having never played a single healthy team on the way there.

Bogut played. If he wasn't fit to play, that's on the Warriors for putting him in when they knew he couldn't do anything useful.
Curry got himself ejected in the final minutes of a game that was already a blowout. Literal non-factor.
Green got himself suspended for his ongoing thuggish actions throughout the playoffs. And it was also a single game in a series that should have been over anyway if the Warriors were actually as good of a team as their fans seem to think they were.

But you're also wrong that "no one says shit." Because Warriors fans literally won't let their ignorant excuses die.

Bogut was a minus 10 in the series, Curry fouled out, Draymond should stop kicking people in the dick. (and they had two more games to close it out).

Did...did you even read the post I was responding to? lol, of course you didn't. I'll clarify again for you:

LeBron had no chance the first time he was in Cleveland. He had absolutely nobody around him. Now he's got Kyrie Irving (a future HoF inductee) and Kevin Love (also likely a future HoF, or at the very least extremely close to it), along with support players like J.R. and TT just to round out the starting 5. Hence what should have been (and almost certainly would have been) back-to-back titles the last 2 years. But once again it ended up being just LeBron in a 1v5 two years ago due to injuries, and that's why we lost.

Oh, but I'm sorry. I forgot that your saying the word "salt" automatically nullifies intelligence and actual logic. That's my bad. Just forget I said anything and carry on, child. Might want to take your fingers out of your ears first, though. Could be dangerous if you were to trip and get a boo-boo.

uhh Cavs are 29 million over the cap.

Ranked 2 in active player cap space spending. (http://www.spotrac.com/nba/cap/2017/)

Lebron handcuffed the Cavs getting his friends JR and TT max contracts.

So the Cavs have been spending the money to get the players that Lebron wanted. He just didn't count on someone playing the same collusion game as him.

I'm well aware of this. It is in no way relevant to the fact that when LeBron was here the first time they weren't willing to spend the money they needed to.

Why is this concept so hard for everyone to grasp? They were cheapasses the first time around, realized they fucked up when he left, and have changed their approach since they got a second chance.
