SullyTheStrange 06/13/17 2:55:16 PM #2:	Random guess as a programmer, it can be tough to accurately judge the exact progress of loading -- a lot of loading bars are just lying basically. This happening is actually what made me post this. I was playing Witcher 3 when it started a loading screen.
