This game is like Ass Creed, if Ass Creed weren't a steaming pile of shit. The combat feels like Arkham, and I feel like a badass taking on 30 guys alone, and killing 3 or 4 captains along the way.

I 100%ed it. It's pretty good. It really gets the LotR feel down, at least with the orcs.

I feel like you get too many options and the enemies options are too limited. Like I didn't even use the throwing knives til playing the DLC and was told it could 1 shot ghuls.

I downloaded the third one for free off XBox Gold this month, it's my first AC game ever. I've played about 25 total mins of it and it kinda sucks. But I think it's because I've played many WAY better Stealth / Open World games

It's funny because 2 and 4 are some of the best in the series imo.

Hated AC1, it was tedious and dull, everyone told me to play 2. Tried it, didn't even finish it, I thought it was actually worse than the first because they didn't fix any of the problems, and they added new ones, and they didn't make the side content any more interesting or worthwhile. didn't bother with any of the other ones.

Honestly Shadow of Mordor felt a lot more like the Arkham games than Ass Creed, though obviously the two are very similar.

I've enjoyed every Assassins Creed game. I also enjoy Shadow of Mordor. I'll be buying both sequels although I'll wait for a inevitable complete version of Shadow of War just as I did with the first game.

Assassins creed 3 was so bad I swore off the series forever and gave the game away

I didn't have any problems with AC3 other than the ending. I expected them to leave plenty of openings for future entries but it was supposed to have some kind of closure which it didn't really have any of. Other than that it was just as solid an entry as any since 2. I think people were just hung up on having a protagonist like Ezio.

About 40% complete. Just killed my first warchief. I brutalized him, then knocked him down and used a finishing move on him. Good times.
