As far as new stuff goes, I only watch TheSw1tcher (they aren't small anymore though) and Plague of Gripes, but for old stuff I really love SupaGoGoMan and Katrinonus. Supa just had such a unique sense of humor and he made Shenmue 1 and 2 a joy to watch. Kat on the other hand didn't really tell jokes but I love how she'd do voices for characters and that she played loads of horror games. She definitely got me into Fatal Frame.

Honorable mention to Xelger and his RE4 LP. He's kind of an asshole when you read his comments but that was still a great LP.

I'm looking forward to seeing if anyone else enjoyed them and who else they watch.
