battles feel weak without assists and 3v3, i miss the button to launch people in the air, and it really feels dumbed down (and not in a good streamlined way like NRS does with the mortal kombat/injustice games).

the style is REALLY lacking as well and it made me very sad, because MvC games are all about style. this one does look kind of like a shitty mobile game. just feels off in every way, and im hoping that the roster rumors are not true.

plus as soon as i finished the demo i get an ad to preorder the game to get 6 fucking dlc characters. you serious capcom? gotta spend $90 right out the gate to get the full roster in a game where a huge roster is the whole fucking point?

it confuses me because i dont get why someone would release a demo like this if it is so bad. makes me wonder if someone at Crapcom thinks this is actually a really fun game or if they are just assuming gamers will see marvel characters fighting and put on the blinders

I does seem like they are counting on the name selling the game alone.
They would have to have some misplaced confidence in the title to release a demo like this though.

Game is a downgrade in every way from MvC3. Why slash the roster down so much when so many characters are just reused assets from the previous game.

I'm a huge MvC fan as well as MCU fan and the demo was hot garbage.

They're pretty much taking the Street Fighter V approach with the game.

Sad, because people assumed that the MvC series was done due to Disney buying Marvel, and were excited to see that that was not the case. But now that we're seeing just what MvCI is looking like...

I would agree with this except they put out a demo. The demo shows the Marvel characters that don't represent what is current popular Marvel. It would likely be too expensive to produce a game that uses the likeness of people like Chris Hemsworth or Bradly Cooper's voice.

The models look goofy and the voices are garbage. They are showing people that these are not their favorite Marvel characters before the game is even released.

Never mind, just saw a video of X's moves. Man, he's pretty boring, sonic slicer, boomerang cutter and Rising fire is all they gave him? Dante had a ridiculous amount of moves MVC3 and X over the course of 5 games and 6 more that didn't need to happen only gets those? ProjectXZone 1 and 2 knew how to give X a moveset

Supposedly, Dante's movelist was nerfed as well.
