my phones SD card is corrupted & now it says it must be formatted.

this is so depressing; if i literally lost all my phones data to corruption on one SD card then i might just have to side with apple & never trust android technology again smh

my solutions so far only said "Format" "The volume does not contain a recognized file system" & "chkdsk not available for raw drives" ~ M3 data recovery didnt work & for ZAR to work i assume it shouldnt be the demo version?
