In the time you spent making that shitpost you could've editted your original post to include the story from the article.

how is that a shitpost? If you're not gonna click on it then don't click on it and stop making shitposts in this topic. Get off your lazy ass, i'm not explaining the story, click on it

yes

in the audio recording, the guy stated he had a gun. then proceeded to reach for something.

with all the stupid shootings in the IS, it's not on the police.

the proper procedure would be to first establish to the police you are licensed to carry a gun. then when they acknowledge that fact, tell them you have a gun with you.

You're grasping for things that the guy did wrong so you don't have to deal with the uncomfortable fact that you can be shot by the law even when you do nothing wrong. Philando Castile did nothing wrong.

Informing the police of a concealed carry weapon is the proper procedure. He reached for his wallet after he was told to reach for it. The cop panicked and shot a dude who did what you're supposed to do and inform them of a concealed carry weapon.

Lavish Reynolds: He was trying to get out his ID and his wallet out his pocket and he let the officer know that he was that he had a firearm and he was reaching for his wallet and the officer just shot him in his arm.

Reynolds: He asked him for his license and registration which was in the back of his pocket because he keeps his wallet in his pocket. And as he went to reach he let the officer know before he was reaching that he had a firearm on him and before he can let the officer know anything the officer took off shots.

its easy to criticize police from behind the safety of a monitor while parroting that procedure was not followed without even stating exactly what procedure is and what exactly was broken.

people expect police to be psychic

cop: license and registration please

*reaches for wallet*

victim: oh by the way, i have a gun

> cop is supposed to know he's licensed? why would you NOT lead with the fact you have a license to carry?
