Uh you'd have international roaming to use US phones and service in Canada. That's not cheap.

I had internet proxies in mind, but I now realize that's not how phone service works.

This is probably the most barebones at $20 a month, 100 minutes and unlimited text, no data. If you think about it most Americans probably pay more than that and they end up using not a whole lot anyway.

Apparently 7eleven does phone service.

That's nice but I need unlimited text and data. At the very least 1 GB. 3 is better for flexibility.

Getting data on prepaid is difficult and too limited.

Around $225. Unlimited everything for 5 lines. Going to get my oldest a phone soon so will be around $240 then.

AT&T unlimited everything for 60 bucks. I get a discount for being an employee though.
