What to do while there

They have a riot seemingly every few weeks so I'd be skeptical. Just check travel alerts and plan your shit out though. You should be fine if that't the case.

I hate long-distance vacations so I'm not the best well of advice but Greece seems overrated from the little research I've done in the past.

Good idea I'd say. My mom was born in Greece, and I've been there twice, once as a baby that I don't remember, and once when I was 12. I had a good time. One thing I remember being negatively surprised by was that there was a lot of trash along the sides of roads and stuff outside of the cities, like a general lack of caring about litter and pollution and stuff. But still a cool place of course.

I mean unless I get killed or something I doubt I'll regret it. The flight and stay is ridiculous cheap. At the minimum I'll get to see some cool ancient Greek stuff and enjoy time off work in a place I've always wanted to visit
