My mom was watching TV and dropped her tablet on the remote and the picture got all fuzzy, but the audio is clear. I try both the AV and TV settings (mom can't remember what it's supposed to be set to). Can you think of anything on the remote that she could of accidentally pressed?

Nope.

Maybe try the usual turn-of-and-on thing, change the channels (the TV one that is usually 3 or something, not the cable channel).

Unless your TV has some optional setting where it can take separate audio and video feeds or something I don't see much other reason for that.

She has wireless headphones and the audio works fine. I don't even know how we have a fuzzy picture, I thought Cable was either 100% there or not at all

does the audio work fine when coming through the TV?

either way, change back to channel 3 if you're using a cable box plugged in through coax, or go into settings and switch from air to cable in channel settings if there isn't a cable box.

or, try different inputs if the cable box is using hdmi, component/composite
