21 y/o Bobby Dugan admitted he was one of the JURORS who voted ALL GUILTY upon Bill Cosby as he believed the witness, Canadian Andrea Constand's story that he had sexually assaulted her..but said that he and his fellow jury members agreed that there was not enough evidence to get a UNANIMOUS verdict against him.

He said the lengthy deliberations left a number of jurors in tears as they spent 54 hour trying to come with a consensus before Judge Steve O'Neill granted the defense's motion for a mistrial.

He said they remained in touch and made one pact after leaving the court house NOT to reveal the final vote...obviously he did.

Bobby stressed how serious he and his fellow jurors took their job and the heavy emotional toll on them during the 6 days as he said "the most intense moment i think was when there was about 4 people crying in the room. a 5th juror was pacing outside the room visibly upset"

Bobby said people cried because they couldn't get anything down and come to an agreement. He said "I have regret, i guess. when we came to the final deadlock decision and it kind of has been in my mind like this could all be said and done"

Despite the fact he voted guilty on all 3 charges of felon aggravated indecent assault, he understood why they couldn't convict him as they needed more substantial evidence then they would have gotten a better verdict.

He claimed he went in with no clear opinon but was swayed by Andrea's testimony and said that he believed every word she said. But one part was the word "consent" where bobby said "You pretty much said it there yourself man. Somebody brought it up inside the room the deliberation room and so when we went back out ot hear it just like lit up a light bulb in my head"

In the end, it was a he said, she said scenario and Bobby said the 44 y/o, Andrea's story was convincing and reliable whereas Cosby was not.

Bobby also believes it was Cosby's fame that swayed some people's opinion and that if it was a regular joe, it be long over.

He hopes Cosby is retried again but doesn't believe he'll get a guilty verdict anyway as the evidence will speak for itself and divide people as Andrea took years before she came forward..
