lww99 06/27/17 8:51:35 AM #1:	What're some things you can do to ensure your apartment passes move out inspection? We've already vacuumed and carpet cleaned. Cleaned the walls. Wiped down applianced. We don't have a typical security deposit. We have what's called a SURE deposit- about half the cost, but you get no money back when you move. I think you guarantee that'll be in somewhat good condition though. Between pet deposits and that sure deposit, there's $850 were not getting back. Caution999 06/27/17 10:49:09 AM #6:	You should, if possible (and if it's not too dangerous), pull out the oven and clean behind there. I found a piece of bacon underneath my oven, and guess what? I only cooked bacon ONE TIME living at my apartment from Dec 2014-Feb 2017. And I didn't drop a piece... So, yeah, I'm pretty sure it wasn't from me. Caution999 06/27/17 10:53:20 AM #8:	If you touch up with paint, you should take a chip off the wall and take it to a paint place to see if they can match the color. One of their tricks is to use an off-white that looks white.
