Only certain kinds.
The real problem with alcohol in general isn't the alcohol as much as it is the sugars and carbs. So things like dark rum or beer are pretty much out. I just disagree with the no carbs at all for 2 weeks when starting out, that's just asking to be constipated and it sucked. If fiber is fine then that's not so bad. You can make some pretty decent little desserts with flax, coconut flour, and sweeteners. High fiber and low carb. Will help with poop. Can even make some that will be chewy like brownies.
