I've been told by two separate people that I look exactly like their nephew. Now, just today someone asked me if I had a twin brother because someone who looks like me is a regular at the other location she works at. Weird.

Not as such. This guy on this course I were on said he knew me from this area though. I said to him he were mistaken as I've never been in that area or even seen him in my life. He insisted he knew me though and went into great detail so I just agreed with him.

Anyway this guy caused trouble with a acquaintance of mine of this course. He got told off and they threatened to kick him off the course. He then came out all hot headed to the area where me and my acquaintance were having a smoke and demanded to know who snitched on him. I used his misplaced memory against him and said "it was me. I'm not here for that shit and neither is *insert name of acquaintance here*". He said "yeah man I know you, just be cool yeah?" and I said "I will be if you will be" and he just said "yeah" and walked away. I knew my acquaintance had reported him but I couldn't be arsed with the drama while I were having a smoke nor did I actually want my acquaintance to get his arse kicked. Good times.

That happens to my mom. People always mistook her for someone else, and kept indisting that they knew her even though they got her name wrong.

Then one day I'm out shopping, and I think I spot my mom in the distance, which was weird because I had just left her at home. I get closer and she looked eerily similar to her. She was different enough that I knew it wasn't her, but close enough that at a glance I thought it was her. I can see how people who only somewhat know each of them could get them mixed up.

A few years later, my mom met her, and they had a discussion of how everyone always mistakes them for each other.

Closest I've personally seen of someone who looks like me was a guy on Youtube. From the videos, not as much. But his profile pic made me do a serious double take.
