No, i didnt get promoted to manager. But my manager is out on vacation and told me and 2 others on the team to interview this guy.

Dont worry about technical questions, i have some good ones. But what are behavioral questions to ask?

I just had a interview that had some of these questions

what are your favorite book?

If you can play a lead role, what would the role be?

if your stuck on a deserted island what three items do you take with you?

If you can talk to one person in any time, who would it be?

What do you think best fits your personality

I don't remember the answer for the multiple choice but i figured it would give you a idea. Basically had different personalities described, sorry i don't remember any of them though : /

I've never seen a lot of value in creative interview questions, nor do I believe that the behavioral question fad is particularly useful for most fields. However, if you want to move away from the basic skills and expertise question, you could devise hypotheticals based on actual events at your company to see the candidates' problem-solving skills.

Oooh i like this too. I could be like "how would you handle multiple people telling you to do different things and they all say their task is the highest priority"
