I'm betting on someone from Universe 6 myself such as Hit or one of the Sayians. ( If Hit doesn't become a jobber to Jiren which has been heavily predicted)

I'm crossing my fingers that they win and Champa can repay that favor to Beerus.

That or I would love Gohan or Vegeta to pull it off.

I'm sure something will happen before the end to mitigate the penalties, but if the tournament is fully played out without shenanigans, likely someone from Universe 11.

Or maybe all the strong people will knock each other out, and Roshi will emerge from the pile. Or better yet, everyone else but him and Goku (who is super worn out by defeating everyone else) and they do a callback to DB's tournament.
