Christina Grimmie. One of my favorite musicians of all time. I had the fortune of seeing her perform several times and I was actually at the venue where she was killed.

I think Robin Williams was the first celebrity death that I was sad about.

Just Steve Irwin. I think because I was young and I looked up to him.

Some say that his voice can only be heard by cats, and that he has two sets of knees... all we know is, he's called the Stig.

Damn this reminded me of Anton Yelchin. He parked his jeep and it somehow rolled into him and pinned him against a pillar. That was really depressing.

Robin Williams suicide was probably the closest. A lot of his roles were huge memories of my childhood. And highlights the struggle of modern society to address mental health beyond pills

I have been watching Robin Williams videos. He went to rehab etc. and he ends up killing himself. Nobody seemed to understand his illness.

Celebrities and their potential deaths are neither necessary nor sufficient conditions for my existence. I can say with 100% certainty that I have not been, nor will I ever be, 'effected' by them.

Lemmy

Motorhead had been my favorite band for the last 7 years or so and he was a huge inspiration for my music. It took me a whole week to really come to terms with his death and I lost a lot of motivation to keep playing afterwards.

Dio was another huge loss.

Jose Fernandez was a really sad one for me. He was young and had yet to hit his prime.

Steve McNair had me more pissed than sad. Same with Phil Hartman, but I didn't get into his work until he was long gone.

MJ, Bowie, Prince, etc had me shocked for a sec, but I wasn't depressed or anything
