But soda has calories so that was probably taking care of me. In general, after stopping hardcore-drinking soda I wound up putting on weight which is the opposite of what people said would happen. Plus when my friend started taking Aderol, he went almost a day without eating. Every once in a while I'll go to bed feeling hungry and then realise "Oh yeah, I forgot to eat today. Oops." The weird thing is, since I changed from office work to working from home my appetite has gone way down. Previously, I had to have three meals a day - and not snacks, but proper meals. If I didn't, I'd feel famished. These days I seldom have more than two a day and there are plenty of days where one mid-day meal satisfies me just fine. --- Kill 1 man: You are a murderer.
