My town is just about a 50/50 split with very negligible amount of non black or non hispanic residents but things are very civil here with racial incidents and animosity very very low and nearly non-existent. I have been with Latina's/Asian women in places all over LA, not necessarily looking Latino(Chicano for sure), and never had an issue in places over 50% most of the time.
