Yes.

I sold my NES and SNES to a store to get enough credit to buy my PS1 (which I still have), but I own every console I've ever bought since then (PS1, PS2, Xbox, 360, PS4).

But my first console was a ColecoVision. Which I DO still have, and which likely still works... but which I'd have to track down a new RF switch for (they were kind of shitty, and designed to attach to TV's with screw prongs), and which would probably need a couple new controllers.

It would also need new (well, old) games, because I went through a phase in the late 80s where I basically took things apart to see how they worked, and I disassembled most of my original games down into component circuit boards.

I have the actual console itself, though. And I've considered multiple times in the past painting it gold (or just leaving it as-is) and mounting it on the wall as an art piece.

My mom gave away our NES still a friend's kids because we had gotten an SNES sand apparently didn't need them anymore, bitch we had all the classic games!

i think the first console that was mine was the gamecube, didnt need to keep it since i got a wii.

my brother had a nes but when we moved my mom made us get rid of it because my brother already had a ps2.

Technically, yes. I have the original SNES I got for Christmas one year.

We had an intellivision and then a nes but those were considered my dads. The former was given to a cousin but the latter I still have and it still works.
