This is definitely true. Man, FFXHD really killed some of my favorite tracks.

I gotta go back and listen to it. I remember just really being floored at some of the early location songs being just decimated. To me, a lot of it felt like change for change's sake.

I like ffx's new ost for the most part
people make a big stink over besaid but i think it's a cool take plus now you can change the ost so no harm done if you're one of those people --- ...Snrk. And theeen, we do stuff like, 'Persona!' with our Personas and beat the crap outta Shadows... ... Copied to Clipboard!

well the original Besaid isn't very good anyway so who cares

I wish you could toggle between old/new for individual FFXHD tracks. Some of the new ones are insanely good.

Yeah, some of the new ones are really good, but for the most part, they're inferior remixes.

Well, I'm in the minority on that one. Ambient tracks don't do much for me (which is a big part of why I don't care for FFXII's OST).
