In this case the casino stopped an OBVIOUSLY manly looking person from entering the women's bathroom.

If this person just started transitioning, they should have used the male bathroom until the transition is more apparent.

On the other hand if they are just wearing female clothes, makeup, and earrings, that isn't enough to be a women.

The masculine women you are referring to still generally have a women's body type (smaller frame, shorter, breasts, etc) unless they were taking drugs of some sort.

The problem is this person sounds like a man, looks like a man (frame and all) and appears to have made NO ATTEMPT to pass at all.

To me that says they aren't serious about their transition, as such they need to use the bathroom that will not make EVERYONE ELSE uncomfortable.

Unless of course they are a selfish snowflake who cares nothing about anyone but themselves (as the person in this video obviously is)

If you make an attempt to pass, then this would never even happen. Just because you "look manly"..... you can still do things to change that. Hormones will shape your body. Get laser or electrolysis. Work out those areas that build the feminine shape. Dress naturally like any other woman does. If you still feel self-conscious, I would wear big sunglasses into the bathroom.

There's so much you can do to make yourself look the part. Earring studs don't do it alone. Voice I can excuse since being trans, I know exactly how damn hard that is to fix.... but it is fixable.

I went to Tennessee in April. I presented as female. I met with people from all over the country and even used public ladies rooms. Not once. Not once was there a problem for me. I used to look clearly like a guy. People can change if they actually make an effort. I'd tell this person to stop buying things like shoes and dresses, but it seems like they don't even have female attire at all.

Burying yourself in a fantasy world will put your life on hold. It's stupid. I worked for ten years to save up the money I have to get where I am. I worked hard and strong. I don't have a smartphone because that's a luxury, not a necessity. I use a bike at times because that's healthier, cheaper, and gets me places locally that I don't have to travel far for when the weather is nice. There are all kinds of shortcuts to save money. Transitioning is totally doable. Even passing at a minor level is. You just need to be damn-well committed.

That's why going by genitals is stupid. No one ever sees them. People see the external body. If you present female, you'll have no problem as long as you make an effort. If you go in with a zelda shirt, shorts and a short haircut while not being on hormones, then yes, you'll be called out.
