That last sentence is sort of what I hoped was going to happen with this lynch train. I was really hoping LoLo, Dowolf, Phoenix, or Death would join the hype on Scare.

It seems somewhat organic to me? I have a hair of town gut on scare and I'm still not sure I trust that, so if I didn't have that I could probably be talked into pursuing Scare.

I was not in a good mental state last night. The boys got me up at 4:45 and then I did math all evening. I think I'm right about Oddity being a flighty town. That's why my vote on Death for bandwagon. I would've happily voted for Dowolf, LoLo, and less so Phoenix. So, yeah since I compared him to you, I thought I'd get your input.

Because I am going to be honest I think I agree with Death here, and Death has always been one of my favorite minds as town, his hours just completely negate his ability to be an effective town leader due to the nature of how our end of days tilt often. I always say to myself "Death is clever, if he isn't being clever he is scum."

I think Death is clever here. Oddity made an error in judgment in suspecting me, I think. In the last game we were town/town I don't recall Oddity making any notes about being afraid of me (Death, I am at work be my researcher for that game whatever it was please) but here he makes note to kind of throw me in the suspicious pile. When I call him on what games he is referencing because he made specific note that he had been burned by me more times than I had been burned by him and I forced him to admit he couldn't think of any other games.

I was kind of feeling bad yesterday so I didn't really make a grand stand about this point but that is objectively awful. His entire premise of approaching me has been based off of a lie and if what I suspect about our previous town/town game this year proves true, he just was making up reasons to do a play by play with me.

Also also: maybe Scare isn't scum if Oddity is scum, because Oddity cloaked himself in Scare by saying 'if I were his scum buddy...' which is a logical argument scum will use to shield themselves behind a member of town to look better.

In other words sure, let's go for Oddity.

100% disagree btw. Oddity is fucking deadly. He is not a flighty person. At all. He went up against a hyped town Chris in Dark Tower and he beat him. I don't have many losses on my record when I am at the height of my town power.

I see it as Oddity realizing his Scare vote looked bad because he mentioned not trusting you earlier, and backpedaling while trying to justify his Chrisparanoia

he may be scumbuds with Scare because he didnt try to revote Scare
but the fact that he didnt revote makes me think Oddity never had much faith in the vote to begin with and that he was just doing it to look active/towny

Just because I have a town read on someone doesn't mean its my job to defend them against others attacks. Ream Scare all you want, it only helps me form better opinions on both of you.

Talk about looking for a reason to throw shade at someone.


Also i just realized i'm reading the last page and not where I left off. Guess now I need to focus on Red's body of work since his replace in to see if anything else sticks out like a sore thumb. I'll be back.

Dowolf popping in for a useless joke is probably a scum slip. I've made that mistake before where you are consciously not contributing as scum, but then a funny presents itself and you forget you're supposed to be not posting

So here's the question, guys: Is Plum actually that stupid, that he would go after me for exactly the same reasons scum went after me last game, when anyone who has played with me before knows that I do not fall silent as a scum tactic period, or is he scum?

I put him on the scumish list. Meaning I have no real reason to find him scummy I just read him that way.

Maybe I should explain myeslf. Me and Chris have a history. I have duped him as scum and he has duped me (more of the latter, really because there's only one example of the former). So for Chris, I always default towards scummy, just because he's a scary player that can dupe me. However, if Chris is town he's extremely good at reading these kinds of things and picks up on logical inconsistencies. Just because I put somebody on my scum list does not mean I'm going to stop listening to them. I listen to everybody so that I can justify their actions in my head.

Within a minute I ask him to name 3 games I have fooled him in (because I like asking snap questions)

Oddity is a rather coy scum player (old info granted) but I don't think he has the awareness to be like "hey is Mzero even playing?" Scum tend to be a bit more considerate and measured in their knowledge, ie I'd expect scum to never ever have to wonder who is on a roster.

Oddity is scum, he voted back and forth and didn't seem to have any conviction. He is also voting for me and I am Town.

I think dowolf might be scum. I didn't like him popping in to attack Phoenix. He was voting Phoenix as a self-admitted joke vote, but seemed to want to spin it off into a real argument in an artificial manner.

Some things death and VI were saying about Phoenix bothered me also, though I like death going after Oddity. Probably only one of those two are scum.

Ok I just read through all of RED which is literally just Page 4 of Topic 2. after his replace in he provided no content other than confusion and in Topic 2 he did nothing until Page 4 where he finally announced he'd caught up, and gave nearly no opinions on anything other than "This person has done nothing, That person has done nothing" Gives a blow by blow of Oddity / Sceptile but not an opinion, mentions the Scare/Chris feud but not an opinion and then throws shade at me for thinking both Scare and Chris are town.


Now lets pretend that I am not SBELL and I am just looking at Red's body of work. It oozes, "I need to post to look like i'm trying and that i've read the game but i need to be careful cause I replaced into someone with a lot of suspicion on them already and I dont want to go down with that ship." I am not throwing counter attacks at Red. Red legit looks BAD when you go through everything he hasn't done this game so far. And now he's not going to be around all day?

I for one have at least put myself out there and formed opinions on some folks. Red played it safe.

I feel like Red actually came in swinging, much more than I'd expect from D1 Red who replaced in halfway through day and has availability issues. Not sold on that case.
