Again, how convenient.

What you think is fully valid, what everyone else thinks doesn't matter.

No, what matters are the facts. And since you refused to present them four times now, I went ahead and found them for you

According to their Wikipedia pages, Evans has seniority over Winkleman at BBC and has a decade more experience in showbusiness than she does. Further, he has hosted a much bigger variety of shows, and all of them are way more popular than the shows Winkleman does (Top Gear vs. Strictly Come Dancing. Come on now.)

So please explain why a more popular person who's shows get higher ratings who has more experience and more seniority should not make more money than a person who does less of everything.

Because the money is in young men, not women.

No, they get money depending on their populations. You aren't going to sidestep this. There is no reason a private prison would want to refuse to take in inmates just because they can't do as much labor as men.

This is contracted. Not paid by the hour. You think all the white men are just working ten times harder than everyone else? End of story?

Chris Evans clearly works ten times harder than Winkleman does, and much harder than everyone else at BBC for that matter.

What you earn has nothing to do with the amount of hours you work nor how much effort you put in. You'll learn this after you try a few jobs.

You will not be paid $100,000 if you can be paid $20,000 and not leave.

After you (hopefully) get some useful skills under your belt, you'll learn that valuable people do negotiate their contracts with their employers and will threaten to leave if they aren't paid what they're worth.

You earn what your employer has to pay you to stop you from going somewhere else. They value you and what they think you are worth. And the BBC values white guys as superior to everyone else.

Lol ok, you're trolling. I shoulda picked up on it earlier.

Clare Balding has been working for the BBC since 1994, she's worked with Chris Evans. And you're still claiming he works 10 times harder than her. It's just again not true. That's not how pay works.

That's not how pay works, you're arguing for the sake of it

Private prisons target met (specifically young men) because there is more productivety, money and less care in inprisoning them for dumb reasons than there is for women for old people.

IF women were being arrested on mass for bum reasons or 80 year olds. There would be a lot of attention

Private prisons also hold more men than public ones, they tend to be younger and they hold them for 7% longer even under the same sentences. How convenient.

At the time were actual crime rates especially violent crime, continues to drop. Yet they rack up 90%+ capacity and threaten to sue the state if this is not met.

Denying this system is corrupt is madness.

But that's the point. Women are paid less and treated worse, so in the UK where can they go? Unless the US hires them which they won't. The BBC is probably the highest paid presenting job they can get.

Which is why they are paid so low, you know the thing you keep denying. Because the BBC doesn't value them.

Why pay them £400000 if you can pay £100,000 and they can't earn more elsewhere. That's businsess. It's sexist but its businsess. Your going "No the white men just work SOOOOOOOO much harder than everyone else. Thats why they are paid so much more" is just dumb

Lol ok, you're trolling. I shoulda picked up on it earlier.

So when you can't make any points you devolve into going "No" and "ur trolling"
