Not really, they turned several consensual sex scenes from the books into rape scenes in the show and added at least one with a major character that didn't exist at all in the books Other than the one with the major character (which I thought was so dumb, made me want to stop watching the show), I don't recall others that they added. It's kind of the same way with a lot of the Netflix exclusive shows where they will show gratuitous sex scenes or gore with almost zero to no pay off from them.
