They don't make it in a can anymore? Was going to ask this. darcandkharg31 posted... I don't even think of that as a "can", honestly. If I were British, I'd probably refer to it as a tin. Especially since it has more in common with a tin of Spam or sardines in my eyes than it does what I think of as a can. Though if it had fruit in it I'd probably call it a fruit cup, so I'd probably go with that for pudding as well. To me, a can is more like this: http://www.versusbattle.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/spaghettios.jpg Or like what Popeye eats his spinach out of. (There's also the stereotypical aluminum soda can, but that's kind of a distinct separate thing, too) Whereas a quarter-can with a pull-top is more of a tin, or a cup, or even a "pak" (at least going by their own marketing): http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-LGvJJMyzti4/T90w8cDt6OI/AAAAAAAAABI/NKf9s17oVDo/s1600/dm1.jpg http://amazingwellnessmag.com/.image/c_limit%2Ccs_srgb%2Cq_80%2Cw_960/MTQ3MzY1ODIwMzg0Mjg5OTg1/choc_pudding_can_spoon.jpg Though I DO remember getting individual cans of pudding when I was a kid, because it DID come in those back in the 80s. I also remember getting giant industrial-sized cans of pudding as well, and those at least are apparently still a thing: http://www.webstaurantstore.com/images/products/extra_large/53087/740420.jpg --- "Wall of Text'D!" --- oldskoolplayr76 "POwned again." --- blight family ...
