Do you want to repeal your articuno?

I discovered there's a huge Pokémon nest on the block behind the house. But I can't go through neighbours yards so it's a detour. No overly interesting spawns most of the time.

Repeal? :O I got lucky when I caught these, because we were in Las Vegas over the weekend.
So crowds were gathering together for the Legendary gym battles and I was lucky. I caught 2/3 Legendary Pokémon in the hotels nests, the other was a second Lugia shook off my perfect throws. (This isn't counting the two defeats from lazy people just using Blissey's..)

Ugh, you bastards. I only saw one Articuno raid and I tried to solo it because nobody was around. Didn't go well. It was something like 37000 CP and my highest Pokemon were 2100 CP (Vaporeon) and 2050 CP (Rhydon)

I totally want an Articuno.

Yeah you need like 10 people to stand a chance

Your best bet is to head to a popular park or maybe a downtown area where people gather to play, or find groups online

Ohh hah.. I use the ACA, as code for IV stats and move rankings. That way everything's easier for me to rank/prioritize.
But I caught my second Articuno and Lugia, each with slightly better IV's.. I heard Moltres comes in August, so Articuno will be disappearing in a few days. :O

I live and work in less populated areas. I'd probably need to travel to a larger city or something.

Events over and I'm bummed out. I never got an Ash-hat Pichu -- kept getting 5k and 10k eggs and the only 2k was a Geodude (which I evolved to Golem and... it had mud slap, blech!). A lot of the things I evolved had the wrong movesets. Plus my app crashed right when I was doing a last second evo session at the end which meant that I didn't evolve everything and I didn't transfer in time for some bonuses.

I also stupidly didn't incubate a 10k egg at the last second since the reduced distance seems to carry over.

Yeah the event is over but legendary birds are not. Articuno is here until Monday when Moltres will be the next one. In the mean time Articuno and Lugia are still popping. I caught my third Articuno today and hatched my last 4 incubated eggs.

A bit sad the candy and XP are gone but at least raids will have birds. And you can get those TMs from raids, to fix crappy moves. Higher level raids give the TMs more often.

After the weekly events, they'll still be recurring afterward, right? Just not as common?

Given that I'll most likely be solo'ing most of my raids, hiding TMs behind higher-level ones isn't a huge help =x
