There is an active investigation into collusion. Why are people acting like since evidence hasn't been presented during the investigation that it doesn't exist?

There is an investigation. Mooch confirmed he was asking about pardons. Mueller isn't going to release any evidence until the investigation closes. It's too early to make definitive conclusions either way, but there's enough circumstantial evidence that something happened.

I'm one of a few people saying wait until the investigation is complete. That's hardly my mind being made up. You are the one that has already made their mind made up. Why does Trumps personal attorney say that pardons were never discussed and then Mooch says they were? If it is simply learning about his power, which is coming at a pretty suspect time right after the DTJ emails, why not just have all your surrogates on the same page?
