Need For Speed Underground

My God I was immersed into that game, the customization was so addicting. I also absolutely loved the look of everything, with the bright lights at night, the rainsoaked streets reflecting everything, the motion blur when you were going REALLY fast, it really captured the underground street racing feel perfectly. Also drag racing had me on the edge of my seat and actually ended up becoming the most important part of the game.

I hated the open world system they had in the 2nd one, so the first one will always be my favorite.

5 has better physics but 4 was more gamey. I liked the progression more. 6 is probably better, but I refuse to buy it because it wasn't for the ps4.

speaking of progression, my only beef with Forza 6 is that career mode is really only about the individual races, even though they're grouped into series. The game will only let you move on to the next race if you get at least a podium finish, so it doesn't feel like a championship at all.

there's also the overly aggressive AI thanks to the drivatar system, but at least there's a setting to shackle the other cars a bit
